As the title states, do you exercise? If so, what kind of exercises do you do?

I do, but not as much as I should. I have a stairclimber that I use 3-4 times a week. I also go for two walks a day for about 30-45 minutes. Sometimes I'll exercise a little more, like I'll go for a longer walk or will use my stairclimber more. I have also started doing squats, lunges and crunches. I am planning on upping my exercise routine and jogging/running soon, but it took me a while to get back in shape.

I usually use the stairclimber when I do cardio. Man, that thing kicks my ass. My legs are dead by the time I'm done.

I'm cutting now, so I still have a good 3 months left of cardio. I can't wait to enter my bulk phase again! I can say bye to cardio and say hello to eating like a pig.

LOL. I can't even look at that much food without gaining weight. I am interested in doing a bit of lifting myself, but I want to get in slightly better shape from the cardio first.

I do have a sedentary lifestyle but interested to sign up for a CrossFit session.
